*Subsidized Seat: Any Washington resident with a valid WA state ID can purchase a subsidized seat if available. Military personnel stationed in Washington and their dependents may also purchase a subsidized seat after applying for a WA state ID number. Washington State provides funds for motorcycle training from the motorcycle safety education account.
